eCredit, acting as an intermediary between banks and customers for issuing mortgage loans, commits to efficiently and transparently managing complaints. Complaints can be submitted verbally or in writing, with eCredit obliged to respond within three days and resolve the issue within 45 days. This process includes verbal resolution, written correspondence, or legal means for final judicial resolution, ensuring transparency and fairness at every step.

Investigation and Resolution: We will promptly take action by carefully examining your case and respond with a meaningful resolution within 5 working days.

Follow-Up: After our initial response, we will continue to communicate with you to ensure that the issue has been satisfactorily resolved.
